One fee, on completion
We charge when a deal completes. No subscription, no listing fee, no per-message charge, nothing to open or join a room.
Who pays it depends where you deal
On a marketplace order the buyer pays the listed price and the fee comes out of the seller’s payout. In a deal room the fee is added on top: the buyer sends the amount plus the fee, and the seller receives the full amount agreed.
Shown before you commit
The exact total the buyer sends and the exact amount the seller receives are both displayed — in the room and on the order — before anyone moves money. The tables below are the same numbers.
Marketplace order fee
Charged on gigs bought through the marketplace, where the money moves via your DealsFixers wallet. Here the fee comes out of the seller’s payout.
| Order value | Platform fee |
|---|---|
| Under $100 | $10 flat |
| $100 – $299.99 | $20 flat |
| $300 – $499.99 | $25 flat |
| $500 – $999.99 | $35 flat |
| $1,000 and above | 5% of the amount |
The buyer pays the listed price and nothing on top. It locks in escrow, and on approval the seller is credited the price minus the fee above. Price and fee are both read from the listing on our servers when the order is placed. (Deal rooms work the other way round — see below.)
Worked examples
| Buyer pays | Fee | Seller receives |
|---|---|---|
| $60 | $10 | $50 |
| $100 | $20 | $80 |
| $500 | $35 | $465 |
| $2,000 | $100 | $1,900 |
So on a $100 order the buyer is charged $100, we keep $20, and the seller's balance goes up by $80. Withdrawing that balance costs extra — see deposits and withdrawals.
Deal room fee
Charged on private moderated rooms, where payment is external USDT and a human moderator handles the release. Here the fee is added on top of the buyer’s payment.
| Deal amount | Platform fee |
|---|---|
| Under $100 | $10 flat |
| $100 – $299.99 | $20 flat |
| $300 – $499.99 | $25 flat |
| $500 – $999.99 | $35 flat |
| $1,000 and above | 5% of the amount |
The scale is the same one the marketplace uses. What is different is who carries it: the buyer sends the deal amount plus the fee, and the seller receives the full amount agreed. A room is moderated end to end by a person — they verify the payment on-chain, follow the delivery, send the payout and decide any dispute — and that work is paid for on top of the deal rather than out of it. The fee is fixed when the room is created and shown in the escrow panel, next to the total, from that moment on.
Worked examples
| Deal amount | Platform fee | Buyer sends | Seller receives |
|---|---|---|---|
| $50 | $10 | $60 | $50 |
| $100 | $20 | $120 | $100 |
| $500 | $35 | $535 | $500 |
| $2,100 | $105 | $2,205 | $2,100 |
| $5,000 | $250 | $5,250 | $5,000 |
So on a $100 deal the buyer sends $120 in USDT to our address, the moderator releases the whole $100 to the seller, and $20 is the platform fee. The minimum deal is $10. The room shows both figures — what to send, and what will be paid out — before anybody moves anything.
Deposits and withdrawals
These apply to the marketplace wallet only. Deal rooms never touch your balance, so they never touch these fees.
Deposits — free
We charge nothing to deposit. Send USDT to the address shown for your chosen network, submit the transaction hash, and the full amount is credited once we have confirmed it. The minimum deposit is $10. Send only USDT, and only on the network shown — anything else cannot be recovered.
Withdrawals
| Withdrawal amount | Withdrawal fee |
|---|---|
| $50 – $99.99 | $10 flat |
| $100 – $199.99 | $15 flat |
| $200 – $299.99 | $30 flat |
| $300 – $999.99 | 15% of the amount |
| $1,000 – $4,999.99 | 10% of the amount |
| $5,000 and above | 7% of the amount |
The minimum withdrawal is $50, and you can have one request pending at a time. Requests are reviewed by a person before the USDT is sent, so allow a little time. The fee and the exact amount that will arrive are shown before you confirm.
Worked examples
| You request | Fee | You receive |
|---|---|---|
| $50 | $10 | $40 |
| $100 | $15 | $85 |
| $300 | $45 | $255 |
| $1,000 | $100 | $900 |
The tiers step rather than slide, so an amount just over a boundary can cost more than one just under it — withdrawing $200 costs $30 while $199 costs $15. Check the figure on the confirmation screen, and batch withdrawals rather than making several small ones.
What is always free
- Browsing the marketplace and viewing any gig.
- Creating an account, and listing as many gigs as you like.
- Opening a deal room or joining one with an invite code — and the account both sides need for it is free too.
- Chat, file attachments and direct messages.
- Opening a dispute in a deal room, and having a moderator review it.
- Depositing USDT into your wallet.
- Business statements, invoices and statement verification.
We may change our fees, but a change never applies to an order already placed or a room already created — see the terms.
Questions about money
- Does the buyer pay anything on top of the price?
- On a marketplace order, no — the buyer pays the listed price and the fee comes out of the seller's payout, so a $500 gig costs the buyer exactly $500 plus whatever their own wallet charges to send it. In a deal room, yes — the fee is added on top, so a $500 deal means sending $535 and the seller receiving the whole $500.
- When is the fee taken?
- At release. On the marketplace the seller is credited the price minus the fee when the buyer approves. In a deal room the fee is already inside the total the buyer sent, so the moderator simply pays the seller the full deal amount once the buyer has approved delivery.
- Do deal rooms and the marketplace use the same fee scale?
- Yes — one scale, and it is the table printed twice above. The difference is who pays it: out of the seller's payout on an order, on top of the buyer's payment in a room. See deal rooms explained.
- Is there a fee if a deal is cancelled?
- Cancelling a room before payment costs nothing — nothing has moved. If a deal is cancelled or refunded after payment, contact the moderator in the room; the outcome and any deduction is set out in the dispute decision posted there.
- Can I pay a deal-room fee from my wallet balance?
- No. Deal rooms are settled entirely in external USDT and are independent of the on-site wallet. The fee is part of the single total the buyer sends to our address — there is no second payment to make.
- Who pays the blockchain network fee?
- Whoever sends the transaction. It goes to the network, not to us. TRC-20 is usually the cheapest of the three networks we support.
